Description:
Job Description – TTS Technology Communications Associate
The TTS Technology organization requires a communications associate to help execute a global communications strategy that aligns with the culture and goals of the Technology organization. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the technology and financial services industries and be able to translate to business-friendly terms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and deliver content across multiple internal / external communication channels that support the TTS Technology organization.
• Assist in managing the TTS Technology people strategy programs across all pillars, including Talent, VOE/Manager Effectiveness, Diversity and Communications.
• Support / assist in managing technology platforms that support communication efforts, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in oral and written communications skills.
• Collaborates well in a team environment and provides general support to team (managing projects), insuring project progress.
• Defining / determining the most effective modes of communications will be within TTS Technology as well as to the broader Client organization and external channels (including across social media channels)
• Partnering with Client Technology Communications, TTS Product and GPA to ensure alignment with messaging, processes etc.
• Creation of ad hoc presentations; coordination and moderation of town halls and other forums, including copy writing and editing.
• Partnering with team and leaders on packaging and communicating their accomplishments and deliveries in business friendly terms.
• Ensure all communications adhere to The Major Global Bank's Compliance & Regulatory Standards.
Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of relevant communications, content, and social media experience preferred
Education:
• Bachelor's/University degree
